The 5 stars are for the actual overlocker it's lovely(still investigating it) and initial ease of buying it online and was the best price around too, BUT the after sales contact & updates was poor. I never received any emails after the first sale one. I did tracking number daily until it said it had been dispatched - it said you will receive an update email, if not ring this number. NO email, left for couple days as weekend, still nothing so I rang. The lady told me it wasn't there, could see it's been picked up but didn't know where it was or when it was picked up, will find out & ring me - never did ring me. That was on Tuesday, I got a call from my Hobbysew at Figtree on the Friday saying it had arrived. So a bit slack on customer service side, don't you think!
